Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. Bonus Eligibility and General Rules

1.1. Each bonus is strictly limited to one per individual and is valid for one of each of the following: person, household, family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, device (computer/mobile/tablet), and payment account/wallet.

1.2. JustCasino.io reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player or group of players at its sole discretion, particularly where bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms is suspected.

1.3. The Casino reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if obtained dishonestly, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.

1.4. Only one bonus may be active at any time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the Promotion Terms.

1.5. A player has the right to refuse any bonuses offered by the Casino.

2. Operating Currency and EUR Valuation for Crypto Transactions

2.1. JustCasino.io operates using cryptocurrency only. For the purpose of enforcing bonus rules, the Casino uses EUR as the reference value for all bonus amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, maximum win limits, and any other bonus-related thresholds.

2.2. All limits and thresholds stated in EUR are applied using the EUR equivalent value of the cryptocurrency transaction, based on the average EUR exchange rate for the relevant UTC calendar day.

2.3. “Day of the action” means:

• Bonus crediting: the day the bonus or free spins are credited.
• Bet limits and wagering bets: the day each bet is placed.
• Max winnings and withdrawal caps: the day the withdrawal is requested and/or processed (at the Casino’s discretion).

2.4. Exchange rate data will be sourced from reputable providers (such as XE.com or other widely recognized platforms).

3. In-Game Currency Display (USD/EUR) and Conversion Rules

3.1. Some games may allow the player to select an in-game currency display such as EUR or USD, even though the player’s account balance and settlement remain in cryptocurrency.

3.2. Where a game is played in EUR or USD in-game currency mode, the stake is considered placed in the selected in-game currency and is converted and debited from the player’s crypto balance using the exchange rate applied at the time of bet placement.

3.3. Where a game is played in USD in-game currency mode, any EUR-based limits (such as maximum bet rules, maximum winnings, or wagering thresholds) will be enforced using the USD stake amount converted into EUR equivalent using the exchange rate applicable at the time the bet is placed (or at withdrawal processing where relevant).

4. Bonus Requirements, Wagering and Validity

4.1. Unless otherwise specified in the individual Promotion Terms, all bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of:
40 (forty) times the bonus amount or free spin winnings amount, whichever applies.

4.2. Unless otherwise specified in the Promotion Terms, bonuses are valid for a maximum of 7 days from the moment they are credited to the player’s account.

4.3. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the expiration of the bonus and forfeiture of any bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.4. A player may cancel an active bonus at any time prior to completing wagering without penalty. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed. Deposited funds (if any) remain available.

4.5. All bonus crediting and time-based bonus restrictions operate according to the UTC time zone.

5. Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active

5.1. Unless otherwise specified in the Promotion Terms, the maximum bet allowed while wagering an active bonus is:

• €5 per bet when playing in EUR in-game currency mode, or
• $5 per bet when playing in USD in-game currency mode, or
• €5 (EUR equivalent) per bet when playing directly in cryptocurrency units.

5.2. The maximum bet restriction includes:

• the base game stake,
• any double-up or gamble feature after a game round,
• purchased bonus rounds or feature buy options.

5.3. Any bets placed above the maximum bet limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings generated from the moment of breach at the Casino discretion.

6. Bonus Balance Usage and Automatic Cancellation

6.1. Real money funds are always used first (cash balance), followed by bonus funds.

6.2. If the bonus balance is lost, the bonus is considered void.

6.3. Bonuses are automatically cancelled when the balance tied to the active bonus (deposit + bonus, or bonus only in the case of a no-deposit bonus) falls under €0.05 (EUR equivalent) or less.

7. Game Contribution to Wagering

7.1. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% (except excluded titles)
• Roulette games: 25%
• Card games (e.g., Blackjack, Baccarat): 10%
• Game shows: 10%
• Poker games: 0%
• Casual and Crash games: 0%
• Other games: 0%

7.2. JustCasino.io maintains a list of excluded slots and restricted games and reserves the right to amend these lists at any time.

7.3. Not all games are available for play while a bonus is active.

8. Withdrawal Rules and Verification

8.1. Winnings derived from play while a bonus is active may only be withdrawn after all wagering requirements have been completed.

8.2. If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

8.3. JustCasino.io reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification checks, including (but not limited to) identity verification, ownership verification of payment methods/wallets, and compliance checks required under applicable laws and internal procedures.

8.4. If verification is not completed within the requested time period, the Casino may revoke bonus winnings and/or refuse withdrawal of bonus-related funds.

9. Maximum Winnings and Cashout Caps

9.1. Unless otherwise specified in the individual Promotion Terms, maximum winnings from any deposit bonus or deposit free spins are capped at: €5,000 (EUR equivalent).

9.2. No-deposit bonuses and no-deposit free spins are subject to stricter limits:

If no deposit has been made prior to claiming the no-deposit bonus:

• maximum winnings capped at €200 (EUR equivalent).

If a deposit has been made:

• maximum winnings from a no-deposit bonus capped at €5,000 (EUR equivalent), and
• maximum winnings from no-deposit free spins capped at €300 (EUR equivalent).

9.3. Any winnings exceeding these caps may be forfeited at the Casino’s discretion, including amounts generated through subsequent gameplay using winnings originating from bonus play.

10. Prohibited Play, Bonus Abuse and Restricted Actions

10.1. Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in low-risk betting strategies, advantage play, or behavior intended solely to progress through wagering requirements with reduced risk.

10.2. Prohibited practices include but are not limited to:

• Switching between games with varying contribution rates solely to exploit wagering requirements.
• Using betting systems such as Martingale, D’Alembert, or any other strategy designed to minimize risk or guarantee minimal losses.
• Reducing stake size by more than 80% after a large win to complete wagering with minimal risk.
• Betting on both outcomes in dual-result games (e.g., betting on both red and black in Roulette).
• Exploiting in-game features such as double-up or gamble options disproportionately to increase winnings.
• Consistently placing maximum bets on high RTP games solely to reduce the house edge.
• Intentionally delaying play of bonus rounds or free spins until after wagering requirements have been met.
• Displaying betting patterns that resemble automated or system play designed to maximize bonus advantage.

10.3. The following conduct is also prohibited and may result in winnings being voided:

• Depositing additional funds while bonus rounds or free spins remain active in a game.
• Using bonus funds purely to progress through bonus stages, then completing final stages with real money after bonus funds have been forfeited, lost, or wagering has been met.

10.4. Any breach of these rules may result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and may also lead to account suspension or closure.

11. Loyalty Rewards (Loyalty Points / Tokens / Comp Points)

11.1. JustCasino.io may award Loyalty Points / Tokens / Comp Points as part of its loyalty or promotional reward system. For the purposes of these Bonus Terms, the terms “Loyalty Points”, “Tokens”, and “Comp Points” refer to the same reward mechanism and may be used interchangeably.

11.2. Loyalty Points / Tokens / Comp Points may be earned through eligible gameplay and may be redeemable for bonuses, free spins, promotional rewards, or prizes, subject to the Loyalty Program rules and these Bonus Terms.

11.3. Loyalty Points / Tokens / Comp Points earning rates, redemption values, and eligibility conditions may differ by game type and may be adjusted by the Casino at any time.

11.4. Any loyalty rewards granted through bonus wagering that breaches maximum bet limits or these Bonus Terms may be voided.

11.5. Any wagering thresholds, redemption values, or reward values displayed in EUR or USD will be enforced using the EUR equivalent value calculated under Section 2 and Section 3 of these Terms.

12. Tournament and Prize Eligibility

12.1. Eligibility for tournament prizes or promotional rewards is conditional upon the player’s account being active, verified, and free from restrictions at the time of crediting.

12.2. Points, progress, or ranking accrued through wagering that breaches maximum bet limits or these Bonus Terms will be considered void and will not count towards any prize allocation.

12.3. Any strategy or activity that constitutes bonus abuse, fraud, or breach of the Casino’s general Terms and Conditions may render prizes, winnings, and promotions null and void.

13. Rights, Amendments and Cross-Reference to General Terms

13.1. JustCasino.io reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer, loyalty reward, or promotion and/or these Bonus Terms at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless stated otherwise.

13.2. These Bonus Terms & Conditions form part of the general Terms and Conditions of JustCasino.io. In the event of conflict, the general Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

13.3. Any conduct that constitutes unauthorized activity, fraud, or bonus abuse under the general Terms and Conditions may render all related bonuses, winnings, loyalty rewards, and promotional prizes null and void.
